Harnessing the power of sound and touch, we bring you 90 minutes of ultimate relaxation and rest. Sarah (@alittlespace_wellbeing) and Maren (@ginkgomassagetherapy) will provide nurturing healing holds and gentle touch therapy whilst Jade (@soundbodysoul) guides us through a sound journey with her beautiful instruments and voice.

Mats, blankets and eye pillows will all be provided, courtesy of the wonderful Seascape Hotel studio. Please wear something comfortable and bring some water with you and anything else you feel you’d like to be cosy.

during the event you will be lying in a comfortable position on a mat on the floor. The touch element will be woven in through the session and will involve some light pressured healing holds and strokes of your feet and legs as well as some gentle massage of your head, neck and shoulders. Please do let us know before the session if you have any queries orally area you would like us to avoid.
